GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: Motorcycle Giveaway, Presented by Riders Law Group
GIVEAWAY: (the “GIVEAWAY”) is offered only in and may be entered in the state of South Carolina. GIVEAWAY begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on February 13th, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on December 13th, 2022 (“Giveaway Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveway is open only to individuals, 18 years of age or older whose residence is the state of South Carolina during the Giveaway Period. The “Giveaway” is offered only in the state of South Carolina. Employees, and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members, of the "Sponsor", are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s) and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any prize.
HOW TO ENTER: An individual is entered into the Giveway by visiting the website RidersGiveaway.com and filling out the Motorcycle Giveaway Entry Form. All fields must be filled out with valid information. Only one entry is valid per person.
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): There is one prize—a 2022 Indian Scout Sixty (Approximately a $10,000 value) Winner is responsible for all taxes (federal, state and/or local) and any other expenses or liabilities not listed, which relate to acceptance and use of prize. Winner is responsible for picking up the motorcycle. A 1099 and/or other required tax forms/disclosures will be issued to the winner.
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: Each entry will be placed either on individual sheets of paper and one will be drawn from a receptacle containing same. At David Aylor’s election the winner selection may be done electronically so long as each entry has one chance to win and the selection of the winning entry is entirely random. No individual needs to be present to win. If prize is refused, then a different entry will be chosen as the winner following the same method. Sponsor/Aylor shall attempt to contact the winner by the method(s) provided by the winning entrant. After four attempts and 7 days after the first attempt at contact, if the winner does not respond, that winner/entry is void and a new winner will be selected (and so on if needed).
RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and their respective agents are not responsible for: 1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials or any human errors; 2) technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or processing of, or failure of Sponsor(s) or agents to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof; 3) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's person or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway; 4) entries that are late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise deficient.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway in its entirety, or any portion thereof if its integrity, fairness or proper operation is undermined, or corrupted as a result of technical or other reasons or because of any illegal or non-authorized intervention or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. In that event, Sponsor may select the grand prize winner from all eligible entries received prior to such modification or cancellation.
